Growing up on a farm, Amanda was well placed from an early age to work in the meat industry – coupled with the fact that she had the more unique experience of working in the abattoir as a teenager! Starting in yards and then moving into the boning room and butchery. 

Amanda has over 20 years administration experience.  She oversees all aspects of Seaview as well as being the Procurement Manager for Horizon Procurement where she sources cattle for Seaview.

Born and raised in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay, the meat industry is in Dan Eagle’s blood. - both his father and grandfather were butchers. Dan followed in their footsteps from an early age, working in butcheries from the age of 5.

Since his late teens,  Dan has been selling serious volumes of meat to the NZ local market and overseas to export markets including Australia, the Pacific’s, Europe and most of Asia.

Bruce Nicholson is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Meat Industry having founded Landcorp Meat & Land Meat, in Whanganui (subsequently sold to AFFCO). Bruce Nicholson also owns Rotongaio Station in Hawke’s Bay, which supplies a percentage of our cattle.
